Ingredients:
4 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 cup vegan sour cream
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup vegan Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Sauté the Onions: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced sweet onions and sauté until they become soft and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
