Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry

Instructions:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Return the chicken to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
