Chocolate Chunk Muffins

Toss the chocolate chunks with 1 tablespoon of flour to coat them lightly. This prevents them from sinking to the bottom of the muffins.

In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and baking powder until well combined.

Fold in the flour-coated chocolate chunks gently into the batter.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, fill the muffin cups about ¾ full with the batter.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
