CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

 

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, place common wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt. Then mix and reserve.
2. In a cup, place the milk and white vinegar, mix and reserve.
3. In a bowl, place the eggs, beat for 2 minutes, then add brown sugar, continue beating until the volume triples.
4. Add the oil, beat for 1 minute, then add the mixed milk, the vanilla essence and beat for 2 more minutes.
5. Add the dry ingredients little by little, mix thoroughly.
6. Pour into 18 cupcake liners, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
