Cleaning your oven can often be a tedious task, but it doesn’t have to be! Just use a simple trick that will not only save you time but also make your oven look brand new. All you need is tin foil and a dishwasher tablet.
Dissolve a dishwasher tablet in a small amount of boiling water. It should dissolve completely, creating a powerful cleaning solution.
Soak a sponge in the resulting solution and wipe all the dirty surfaces of your oven, including the glass. This first step will remove most of the dirt, but that’s just the beginning.
Now it’s time for the tin foil! Use another trick – soak the dirty surfaces with the tablet solution again, then cover them with aluminum foil. Leave for five minutes so that the foil can soften the burns. Remove the foil – you will see that most of the dirt has stuck to it! You can now easily scrape off the remaining dirt and your oven will look as good as new.
