These are so tasty and easy, this is the 3rd time we are making it this month

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 large egg

½ cup milk (warmed to 105°F)

1 packet (¼ ounce) active dry yeast

2 tbsp sugar

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp salt

Steps:

Initiate by mixing the warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Allow the mixture to rest until it gets foamy, roughly 5-10 minutes.

Pour in the melted butter to this mix, followed by the flour, salt, and egg.

Work this mix into a dough, kneading until it’s smooth.

Shield the dough, letting it rise in a cozy spot till it doubles, typically about an hour.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and butter up a muffin tin.

After the dough has risen, knock it back and split into smaller portions, shaping each into a ball.

Place trio balls into each muffin slot, crafting the signature cloverleaf design.

Drape the tin, giving the rolls another 20-30 minutes to rise.

Grace them with a brush of melted butter and a hint of salt.

Bake till they boast a golden hue, roughly 15-20 minutes.

Post-baking, allow them to cool for a brief period before serving.

Warm, buttery, and light, these Cloverleaf Rolls in Muffin Tin are the essence of comfort food. Their timeless appeal ensures that they’re always greeted with smiles, making them an ideal choice for any occasion. So, embrace the joy of baking, and let the wafting aroma of fresh bread elevate your mealtime experiences.
