4 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
