Double Crust Cheesecake

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease has 9-inch springform pan.
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar for the crust. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.
For half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
Now, add your desired fruit filling or pie filling of choice on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Carefully pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit filling, ensuring it’s evenly spread.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the edges are set and slightly golden.
